Wellsite Chemostratigraphic Services
Chemostratigraphy can be applied at the wellsite by directly analyzing the cuttings from the wellbore. In alliance with Halliburton Energy Services, we provide a comprehensive worldwide laboratory to wellsite service. This wellsite service utilizes both laser (LIBS) and ED-XRF based equipment, ensuring analytical flexibility in real-time. The benefits of this service include:
- Near real-time analysis for drilling decisions (lag time +15 minutes per sample).
- Information for geosteering, core/casing point picks and TD determinations.
- Supply of chemically derived gamma, lithology and reservoir quality data.
- Utilisation as a geochemical lookahead tool.
- Compact system and experienced scientists at wellsite.
- Delivery of datasets to client offices through HES INSITE ® link.
