We have and continue to collaborated with major oil companies in case history and industry-linked presentations and papers, some of which are listed in our news archive. We also ensure the future development of chemostratigraphy through sponsorship of university research projects.
Some of the MSci / PhD projects we have sponsored include:
- The Aberystwyth Grits formation: a study to proximal to distal trends in turbidite sediments.
- Palaeoenvironments and high-resolution stratigraphy of the Skomer Volcanic Group, Lower Silurian, SW Wales .
- Sedimentological and stratigraphical studies in the Silurian of the Welsh Basin .
- Sedimentological and stratigraphical studies in the Cretaceous of the Western Cretaceous Seaway.
