- Regional understanding of the Sirt Basin through the Core Lab ‘Deep Sirt’ non-proprietary study Cretaceous and Palaeocene carbonates
- Mabruk & Dahra Fields
- Khufra Basin
- Surface to TD characterisation and correlation Palaeozoic and Mesozoic sequences
- Sirt Embayment: Paleozoic; Nubian (Amal/Sarir).
- Murzuq Basin : Cambrian-Ordovician - Silurian; Upper Silurian - Carboniferous.
- In 2008 Chemostrat completed the 44 wells Chemostratigraphy component of the CoreLabs Deep Sirt Non Proprietary Study. This study integrates chemostratigraphic, biostratigraphic and lithostratigraphic data to construct a new regional stratigraphic framework for the basin as wells as extensive new sedimentological and reservoir quality and potential play concepts.
